The primary purpose of the TOT programme is to develop high quality trainers/educators in the vital area of human capital development, preparing them to become the lead trainers of their organisations and to apply the ISO 10015 standard to the learning processes for which they are responsible for. The TOT provides graduate level instruction in designing, implementing, and facilitating both human and organisation development. The TOT programme is targeted at professional trainers and instructors who are interested to advance their professional competence and to achieve international (Swiss) certification and recognition.
